Honestly it’s a convenient app but it glitches so much I when I try to sign in it doesn’t work

It’s way too hard to use for an app that’s made for a whole county of thousands of hundreds of teachers

This app is utterly useless. I’m always having to use the dadeschools website because when I open the app it makes me login and then it gives me an error saying “Could not load user profile. Please try again.” I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app but the same thing keeps happening. I can’t even use the app due to this. Now I can’t access my gradtrack since they took it off the dadeschools website. Please fix the app.

I don’t know why but it keeps giving an error when I try to login. I deleted the app and installed many times and it worked for a while but then I got disconnected again and it’s impossible to login now.

As a teacher I have to sign in everyday. More than half the time I am unable to do so on the app and need to actually login through the chrome browser on my phone. It doesn’t seem like the most complicated app in the world, so I don’t understand why it can’t be fixed. We are talking about 10s of thousands of teachers and hundreds of thousands of students and parents that need this to work.

Whenever I want to see something in the app like the grades or schoology, I need to restart the app because it won’t open or work.

This application is completely useless. I have only been able to log in twice. Now all I ever get is the error message “an error occurred occurred while processing your request”. My iOS is up to date, and I have uninstalled then re-installed the app.

I try to complete volunteer parent and the app it’s no there.

It never loads and gives me incorrect data

In order to let my boys into Aftercare i had to download app and put them into the system. Which again putting my underage boys anywhere on the net i feel uncomfortable. But after i jumped through all their hurdles still doesn’t work. How do I get my boys into Aftercare if your app DOESN’T WORK!!

I have not been able to successfully log in EVER! I’ve tried and tried. I can’t check anything. When I was able to log in on my Pc it was fine no issues NOW it’s a total nightmare.

For the few times I was able to use the app it seemed to be very convenient however since the middle of the school year it has not worked , I’m constantly having to log into the account Via browser which kind of defeats the purpose of access with the App. Tried logging in says unable to verify account but yet it doesn’t even allow you to verify that the email and passwords used are correct… this definitely needs to be reviewed

I can rarely get to check my grades due to it just not loading past the screen that lets you pick of you want to see your report card or grade book Another thing, I don’t know if this is just my school but the lunch menu is rarely ever accurate

I have not been able to accomplish anything on this app. I tried over and over numerous times and nothing. Please do some upgrades.

I have this app a little less than one year and was able check only twice check the grade of my kid ,I see a lot of bad reviews. I agree the app does not work correctly.

App is not well structured. Very confusing and not user-friendly most links don’t work and requires additional permissions to use, which nobody at the school seems to know how to grant… I like the idea of everything being centralized for the students through this app, but it needs to be better structured, and the links should actually work. Has lots of bugs that never seem to get resolved. It is also quite frustrating to constantly permissions for everything.

The app and new website are both useless. The purpose is to monitor our children’s grades,assignments and attendance. All you get is error codes. I had the old account nearly 20 years never had a problem now they are forcing you to use a new login and this useless app.

I use to use this app all the time but now it never works it always says no app to show so I have to go to the website instead to check the grades

First sign out of your dade schools account on the app then sign back in and that should fix it:)

App is not working, not connecting. I deleted the app and downloaded again and still not working.

Doesn’t work good and is always glitching

The app does not load on my phone. I’ve tried to remove it and reinstall it in an effort to get it to work, but to no avail. It would be great if it would actually work. Miami-Dade doesn’t provide any information on who to contact to fix this issue, so there seems to be no solution.

This app always have technical problems . I find myself having to go on the internet to use the website

This app is so bad I only had it for one day and now it doesn’t work at all saying error messages and all that and the school is worse DO NOT SEND YOUR KIDS TO THE THIS SCHOOL!! Some of the teachers are mean and be doing the most saying and being rude to students at the school like the music teacher omg he is the worst person to ever exist he yells at students a lot and none of the students like him

This is a terrible app. You would think that a school district that gets so much money from the state and tax payers would have a reliable app. Parents, students and district employees depend on this app, that seldom works properly. The district needs to find a better app or qualified developers to fix the app. We need the app to work in order to get the information we need when we open the app.

I used to love using this app. I recently just gave up trying. It logs you out, when you try to log back in it says wrong pw or user name (when it is correct) it gets frustrating to try so many times and no luck. Having my son’s school information at my fingertips was great while it lasted! It ‘s sad to see where my tax payer money isn’t going to. Removed app from my phone as it isn’t worth the space on my storage. 🤷🏻‍♀️

It’s such a shame we cannot properly track our children’s progress in school. Nearly 99% of the time it says error just trying to login to check in on assignments, grades, enter any absences, etc It used to work fine, but over the past year it simply does not function. This should be a top priority to adjust so that parents can monitor and support their kids progress.

This app used to work great, but lately it doesnt work at all. It alwasys signs you out, and when you click on a different section it says “theres nothing to show try again”

I can no longer sign in through here for the parent portal and the students portal barely works as well! It’s become trash
